Abstract:·The treatment of acute optic neuritis with glucocortico-steroid is always controversial,so academician from many countries make a series of clinical trial.We make a review about the history of using glucocorticosteroid to treat acute optic neuritis,the treatment method,side effecs and the influence factors of prognosis to evaluate its effects.·
