目的:观察白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后医学验光配戴眼镜的患者与不配戴眼镜的患者的舒适度。方法:将2009-01/05来我院实施白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入手术的白内障患者62例124眼,手术后5mo进行医学验光检查,随机分为两组,第一组34例68眼配戴矫正眼镜,第二组28例56眼没有配戴矫正眼镜。结果:配戴矫正眼镜组在配戴眼镜后舒适程度明显提高。不配戴矫正眼镜组,均有不同程度的疲劳、畏光、干涩等症状。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:白内障摘除联合人工晶状体植入术后医学验光并配戴矫正眼镜的患者有效缓解了手术后因轻度的屈光不正引起的眼部症状。

AIM:To investigate the comfortable degree between wearing glasses and no wearing glasses after phacoe-mlsification combined with intraocular lens(IOL) implantation.METHODS:Sixty-two patients who were treated with phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation were randomly divided into two groups.Group 1:34 patients 68 eyes weared glasses,group 2:28 patients 56 eyes did not wear glasses.RESULTS:Group 1 was more comfortable than the group 2,the difference was significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Wearing suiltable glasses can reduce the uncomfortable symptom after phacoemlsification combined with IOL implantation.
