目的:探讨老年黄斑变性(age-related macular degeneration,AMD)患者Lucentis治疗前后焦虑值对生命体征的影响,评价治疗前后焦虑值状况。方法:采用Zung焦虑自评量表(SAS)对30例准备进行Lucentis治疗的AMD患者进行问卷式调查分析,与全国常模值对比。测定注射前10min、注射后10min心率和血压的变化。结果:注射前10min心率89.46±17.36次/min,治疗前AMD患者的焦虑评分明显高于全国常模值(P<0.05),注射前后心率、收缩压有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:AMD患者Lucentis治疗前存在一定焦虑状况,会对生命体征产生一定的影响。

·AIM:To investigate the impact of anxiety value on the vital sign of age-related macular degeneration(AMD)patients after lucentis treatmeant.METHODS:Thirty eyes of 30 patients with AMD were enrolled in the study.They were investigated in questionaire way and the results were compared with the average value of the whole country.The diversification of the rhythm of heart and blood pressure ten minutes before and after infection were measured.RESULTS:The scale of AMD patient was much higher than the average of the whole country.There was statistical significance between two groups(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The AMD patients are anxiety and their vital signs are affected before treatment.
