封闭裂孔是视网膜脱离手术成功的关键。本文介绍透热电凝、冷凝及光凝在视网膜脱离手术中的应用。视网膜脱离复位术中用于封闭裂孔的方法不断改进，各有优缺点。

The key to success in the treatment of retinal detachment is to heal the retinal hole.This article introduces the use of electrocoagulation,cryopexy and laser photocoagulation in treatment of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.The method of closing holes is improving and each has advantages.
