脉络膜骨瘤是一种比较罕见的眼内良性骨化肿瘤，多发生于青年女性患者，虽然是良性肿瘤，但随着脉络膜骨瘤的持续生长、骨瘤的脱钙化及脉络膜新生血管的出现均会严重影响患者的视力，因此对该病的早期诊断及确诊后选择有效的治疗方法对该病的愈后具有重要意义。

Choroidalosteoma is a rare ossifying tumor typically diagnosed in young women.Despite its being nature, visual acuity can be affected in these patients due to lesion enlargement, decalcification, choroidal neovascularization(CNV). Therefore, early diagnosis and effective treatment are the key factors affecting outcome.
