    Abstract:

AIM:To evaluate Bcl-xL gene expression rule in human keratocyte transferred with LipofectamineTM (LF)2000.·METHODS:The transfection efficiency was examined with RT-PCR,flow cytometry 1 day,2,3,5,10,15 days after transfection.·RESULTS:Bcl-xL expression in keratocyte was observed 1 day after transfection,at the top on 3 days(48.3%),and declined thereafter, while on 15 days there were still a little Bcl-xL positive cells.·CONCLUSION:Liposome can transfer Bcl-xL gene into keratocyte.
