·During ophthalmological clinical teaching,we paid great attention to medical record written by interns.With different measures applied in different parts of medical records,we tried to improve the interns’ communication skills and clinical thinking ability,intensify their basic clinical skills training,establish their dimensional thinking pattern.So as to improve their clinical comprehensive ability.·
