·AIM:To evaluate the methods and significance of treatment through the clinical analysis of armed police officers with ocular trauma.·METHODS:The gender,age,type,causes of trauma,complications and treatment methods of 198 armed police officers with ocular trauma were analyzed.·RESULTS:Taking history and ocular examination in detail,making a definite diagnosis,offering different treatments according to different traumatic types,combined with psychological intervention,and then better therapeutic efficacy was achieved.·CONCLUSION:Ocular trauma is the main cause of monocular blindness in armed polices officers,and it’s important to treat in time and take precautions.·
