    Abstract:

    AIM:To investigate the safety and feasibility of cataract surgery in primary hospital. ·METHODS:Totally 1902 patients 2084 eyes underwent cataract surgery from the October,2006 to October,2009.·RESULTS:In the postoperative day 1,naked vision ≥ 0.3 was in 90.63%,≥ 0.6 in 74.22%,and ≥ 0.8 in 12.20%.The visual acuity recovered from blindness and disability were positively correlated with the age. ·CONCLUSION:The cataract surgery in primary hospital is one of the effective paths to reduce the large number of cataract problems,and its has a good clinical effect.
