AIM:To approach the effect of basic nursing combined with mental nursing in laser in situ keratomileusis(LASIK).METHODS:One thousand and fifty-six cases with LASIK were randomly divided into experiment group(n=528)and control group(n=528).The control group were treated with traditional basic nursing,and the experiment group by basic nursing combined with mental nursing.When two groups patient reviewed,their satisfaction with postoperation nursing were surveyed and the complications were observed.RESULTS:The self-protection knowledge among nursing,patient satisfaction in nursing and complication incidence were compared.There was statistical significance.(P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:The basic nursing combined with effective mental nursing is effective protection for operation safe and successful.
