·Uveitis is a clinically common disease.In recent years,there are more and more evidences proving that uveitis is organ-specific antoimmune disease.CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(Treg)are one of many subpopulations of T cells with regulatory properties.They play a crucial role in keeping immune homeostasis,which can prevent the development of autoimmune diseases and keep self-tolerance.This article reviews the advances on relationship between CD4+CD25+Treg and uveitis.
