    Abstract:

    ·AIM:To study the binocular vision in anisometropic amblyopia before and after treatment.METHODS:The stereoacuity and synoptophore III of 56 cases(103 eyes)with anisometropic amblyopia were examined before and after treatment.RESULTS:There was no significant difference in simultaneous vision;there were significant differences on stereopsis and fusion function before and after treatment.CONCLUSION:Anisometropic amblyopia may simultaneously affect the binocular vision development as well as the visual development,and the binocular vision may improve when the visual acuity increase,so improvement of the binocular vision should be regarded during the treatment of amblypia.
