    Abstract:

    ·AIM:To study the influence of compliance on curative effect of amblyopia in children.METHODS:With 10g/L atropine optometry,and in accordance with the national uniform diagnostic criteria for amblyopia,178 eyes of 101 children with amblyopia who were admitted in eye clinic of our hospital were retrospectively analyzed,including age,amblyopia type,degree of amblyopia and their relationship with compliance,and the relationship between curative effect and compliance were analyzed.RESULTS:The compliance of different age groups were significantly different(P<0.05),the compliance of the different types of amblyopia were significantly different(P<0.05),different degrees of amblyopia had no significant difference in compliance;of children with good compliance,the cure rate was significantly higher than that of poor compliance,with the statistical analysis of curative effect between the treatment groups of different compliance,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:The curative effect is positively correlated with compliance,and attention should be paid.
