    Abstract:

    Congenital microphthalmia is a rare complex condition which is often associated with a wide range of spectrum of developmental abnormality and subsequently clinical severity,cataract surgery is technically needed in these patients,and special attention must be given to preparing the intraocular lens for implantation after cataract extraction.We present the current state of these studies.
