·The iridocorneal endothelial syndrome(ICE syndrome)is a group of blinding diseases involving the iris,cornea and anterior chamber angle,clinically classified into primary progressive iris atrophy,Chandler syndrome and Cogan-Reese syndrome.In this paper,research progress in its etiology,pathology,clinical manifestations and treatment were reviewed.·
