·AIM:To establish the senile primary open angle glaucoma(POAG)database aimed at the target intraocular pressure of senile POAG patients for clinical case management and investigation.·METHODS:Based on the POAG review,the datasheet was designed previously,and the senile POAG database was established by Access software.·RESULTS:The senile POAG database of our hospital was established and related network system was formed initially.·CONCLUSION:Establishment of the senile POAG database will benefit collection of the clinical data and provide important evidence for research on POAG.·
