Abstract:

Sonic Hedgehog(Shh) singal pathway is closely related with the development of embryo of animal and the proliferation and differentiation of cells. This paper mainly summarizes the applied research of Shh signal pathway in the development of eye ,the regeneration and repairment of varied tissue in eye and the development and treatment of the diseases of ophthalmology.
