    Abstract:

    Corneal neovascularization(CNV) is a leading cause of blindness. In the study of human corneal diseases, the rabbits have many advantages, so the rabbit CNV model is the most important CNV animal model. In this paper, CNV models of several rabbits will be introduced, from the making method,mechanism,advantages to disadvantages.
