    Abstract:

    AIM: Toobserve the clinical effect of compound anisodine combined with xueshuantong and puerarin on central retinal artery occlusion(CRAO).

    METHODS: Twenty-five cases 25 eyes with CRAO underwent the drugtreatment of compound anisodine combined with xueshuantong and puerarin; the postoperative visual acuity recovery, visual field defect, and retinal blood circulation were observed.

    RESULTS: After the drug therapy, out of the 25 eyes with CRAO, 2 eyes were cured, 8 eyes with obvious effect, 13 eyes with effect, 2 eyes with no effect, the total effective rate was 92%.

    CONCLUSION: Drug therapy of compound anisodine combined with xueshuantong and puerarin has obvious effect on CRAO.
