    Abstract:

AIM: To explore the early diagnosis value of the visual evoked potentials(VEP)in visual function examination of children with cerebral palsy in.

METHODS: Totally 167 cases of cerebral palsy children and 210 normal children were examined by FVEP, and FVEP wave P100 latency and amplitude of two groups was compared.

RESULTS: Outcomes of children with cerebral palsy group FVEP P100 latency was significantly delayed, and amplitude was significantly reduced.

CONCLUSION: FVEP is useful in visual function tests forchildren with cerebral palsy in the early diagnosis value of the clinical application.
