    Abstract:

    AIM: To investigate the operation method, peculiarity and curative effect of the treatment of chronic suppurative dacryocystitis by lacrimal endoscopic laser lacrimal passage with catheterization.

    METHODS: The operation method of lacrimal endoscopic laser lacrimal passage with catheterization, and the review of postoperative follow-up results that come from 49 patients.

    RESULTS: Totally 49 patients, after follow-up of 3 months to 6 months, the final cure rate was 83.7%, the effective percentage was 100%.

    CONCLUSION: It takes less time on the operation, the patients recovered quickly without any scars by the treatment of chronic suppurative dacryocystitis by lacrimal endoscopic laser lacrimal passage with catheterization.
