    Abstract:

Micro-incision coaxial phacoemulsification is a new operation carried out in recent years. Compared with conventional incision phacoemulsification, micro-incision coaxial phacoemulsification has the advantages of smaller incision, less tissue damage, faster visual outcomes. The article summarizes the effects of micro-incision coaxial phacoemulsification on corneal incision change, astigmatism change, corneal endothelial injury, anterior chamber stability, and intraocular lens implantation by reference to the literature in recent years.
