    Abstract:

    Factors including intraocular lens power calculation error, corneal astigmatism, anterior chamber depth and lens position can lead to the change of refractive status, they also influence the overall postoperative visual quality. This article provides a comprehensive review of the main factors affecting postoperative visual function after uneventful refractive cataract surgery.
