    Abstract:

Corneal transparency is the basis of the normal physiological functions. However, corneal neovascularization(CNV)may occur in the infection, mechanical and chemical injury or under other pathological conditions, which make the cornea lose original transparency and severe visual impairment. In recent years, along with the development of immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry and other disciplines, there is more in-depth understanding on the CNV, and clinical treatment of CNV has made new breakthroughs. This article provides an overview of the inhibition of CNV.
