[摘要]
目的:探讨新设计的眼部拍照联合计算机信息化软件方法测量共同性斜视患者斜视角的准确性。方法:收集共同性斜视患者172例(其中间歇性外斜视患者41例),分别用新设计的计算机信息化软件及传统方法(角膜映光法、三棱镜遮盖法、视野弧检查法、同视机检查法等)检测患者斜视度。将测定结果与传统斜视角测量值(以视野弧检查法为主要参考标准)进行统计学分析。结果:共同性斜视(排除间歇性外斜视)患者131例软件检测斜视角与视野弧测得视近、视远斜视角相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05),但二者差值均数绝对值<5(提示计算机软件斜视角测量结果与视野弧斜视角检查结果相差5°范围以内)。85.5%(112/131)患者计算机软件测得斜视角与视野弧测得视远斜视角相差0°~5°,与视野弧测得视近斜视角相差0°~5°为83.2%(109/131)。41例间歇性外斜视患者软件测量斜视角与视野弧测得视近、视远斜视角比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05),二者差值均数绝对值>5(提示计算机软件斜视角测量结果与视野弧斜视角检查结果相差>5°范围)。46.3%(19/41)患者计算机软件测得斜视角与视野弧测得视远斜视角相差0°~5°,与视野弧测得视近斜视角相差0°~5°为51.2%(21/41)。结论:采用眼部照相联合计算机软件测量共同性斜视斜视角,检测结果比较准确。但对间歇性外斜视患者的斜视角测量结果较不准确。

AIM:To demonstrate the accuratissime of a devised software in the strabismometry of comitant strabismus.METHODS:One hundred and seventy-two comitant strabismus patients,including 41 intermittent exotropia,were consecutively included in the study.The new software was used to test the squint angle.The traditional way to test the squint angle including Hirschberg test,prism-cover tests,perimeter test and measurement with major amblyoscope,etc.were compared as controls.The tropia was mainly consulted the perimeter test results.RESULTS:The squint angle tested with software had significant difference with that of the traditional way(P<0.05) in 131 patients of comitant strabismus,excluding the intermittent exotropia.But the comparison had no clinical speciality significance.Difference mean modulus was below 5.However,the difference mean modulus exceeded 5 between the two ways in testing the squint angle in the 41 patients of intermittent exotropia.CONCLUSION:Using the software to test the squint angle in commitant strabismus is a precise way.However it is not suitable for the patients of intermittent exotropia.
