组织工程(tissue engineering,TE)是一门跨越医学生物学、工程设计学、材料科学等的交叉科学,近20a来,包括种子细胞、支架材料、组织构建等都取得了长足进步。TE化角膜对于角膜疾病是一种很有希望的治疗方法,因而我们对近年来TE角膜的研究做一回顾,以探索该领域存在的问题和进一步的研究发展方向。

Tissue engineering(TE)is an interdisciplinary science,including medical biology,engineering design,materials science and other disciplines.In recent years,researchers have made great progress in seed cells,scaffold materials and 3D tissue reconstruction.TE cornea is a promising treatment for corneal disease.In this article,we review recent research advances on TE cornea,and explore the existing problems and further development in the field.
