先天性小眼球是一种非常少见的复杂眼病,往往伴有多方面的眼球发育异常,并造成严重的临床并发症。这不仅增加了患者晶状体摘除手术的难度,对人工晶状体的选择也提出了更高的要求。我们拟就复杂先天性小眼球白内障手术晶状体的选择作一简要综述。
