目的:更深入、更全面地研究行为干预措施对早期防治沙眼的效果及相关影响因素,收集重要的参数与依据,并希望推广到其它慢性非传染性疾病的早期防治方面,为保障人们健康而探索一条新的经济便捷的路径。方法:对2008-06/09来深圳市龙岗中心医院进行健康体检并确诊为沙眼400例的患者进行分组,分为干预组及对照组,观察随访1a,比较沙眼的治愈率及有效率。结果:干预组的治愈率为98.5%,有效率100%。对照组的治愈率为77.5%,有效率为89.5%。结论:药物治疗与行为干预相结合能明显减少沙眼的复发率,提高治愈率,可以推广使用。

AIM:To study the effects of behavioral interventions for early prevention of trachoma and to collect important parameters and basis for extension to early prevention and treatment of other chronic non-communicable diseases, and to explore a new economic and convenient path to protect people’s health.METHODS: Totally 400 trachoma patients from the district authorities and institutions for physical examination in Longgang Central Hospital during June to September 2008 were grouped into: intervention group and control group. One year follow-up observations were taken to compare the cure rate and effective rate of trachoma.RESULTS:In intervention group, the cure rate was 98.5%, the effective rate was 100%.In control group, the cure rate was 77.5%, the effective rate was 89.5%.CONCLUSION: Drug treatment combined with behavioral interventions can significantly reduce the recurrence rate of trachoma, improve the cure rate and can be widely used.
