目的:探讨缝合巩膜穿通伤同时行巩膜外加压术,以减少外伤后视网膜脱离的手术方法。方法:Ⅲ区巩膜穿通伤28例,手术缝合巩膜裂口并做裂伤处外加压(同种异体巩膜)。结果:患者28例中,11例未出现视网膜脱离(随访3～6mo),17例增生性玻璃体视网膜病变,二次行玻璃体手术治疗。结论:该手术方法治疗Ⅲ区巩膜穿通伤,可使部分患者避免视网膜脱离,有临床应用价值。

AIM:To investigate the surgery methods to reduce post-traumatic retinal detachment through scleral external pressure while suturing scleral penetrating injury. METHODS: Totally 28 cases of Ⅲ region scleral penetrating injury underwent scleral laceration suture as well as external pressure at the laceration region (allogeneic sclera).RESULTS: In the 28 cases, 11 cases were without retinal detachment (follow-up 3-6 months), 17 cases were of proliferative vitreoretinopathy, and underwent vitreous surgery the second time.CONCLUSION: This surgical treatment of Ⅲ region scleral penetrating injury may help some patients avoid retinal detachment, and has clinical value.
