目的:观察评价和血明目片治疗糖尿病眼底病变的效果。方法:对于147例148眼糖尿病眼底出血的患者均经使用keller间接检眼镜检查确定眼底出血后,口服和血明目片1.5g/次,3次/d。结果:糖尿病眼底出血患者服用和血明目片的效果与就诊时间,用药时间及出血的程度有明显的关系。结论:和血明目片对于糖尿病眼底出血有明显效果。

AIM:To evaluate and observe effects of hexuemingmu tablet on diabetic retinopathy.METHODS:After diagnosed as retinal hemorrhage by keller indirect ophthalmoscopy, 147 cases 148 eyes of diabetic retinal hemorrhage patients took oral hexuemingmu tablet 1.5g,3 times a day.RESULTS:Effects of hexuemingmu tablet on diabetic retinal hemorrhage and doctors’ office visiting time, treatment time, extent of bleeding were significantly related.CONCLUSION:Hexuemingmu tablets for diabetic retinal hemorrhage has a marked effect.
