探讨白内障超声乳化联合人工晶状体植入术后低视力的主要原因。 方法：随访323例368眼超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入的患者。观察其术后1mo裸眼视力及矫正视力，对于其中矫正视力低于0.3者进行详细的眼科检查，分析其发生术后低视力的原因。 结果：本组患者术后1，7，30d低视力发生率分别为5190％，27.99％和12.23％；术后1d和7d低视力发生率较高，术后1mo低视力发生率与文献报道(13.21％)接近。 结论：超声乳化白内障吸除联合人工晶状体植入术是目前治疗白内障最有效的方法之一。白内障术后低视力的原因主要为患者自身眼底病变

To analyse the reasons of low vision after phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation. METHODS:Totally 323 cases (368 eyes) who had received phacoemulsification with IOL implantation were followed up and observed on their visions and corrected visual acuities one month after operation,then the patients whose corrected visual acuities were less than 0.3 were examined completely to find the causes of low vision. RESULTS:The incidences of postoperative low vision were 51.90％,27.99％ and 12.23％ respectively for 1st，7th and 30th day after operation．The incidence of postoperative low vision of the first month after operation was similar to that reported in the previous literature (13.21％)． CONCLUSION: Phacoemulsification with IOL implantation is one of the effective methods for curing cataract. The key factor affecting vision restoration is original ocular diseases．
