目的：探讨明目羊肝丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液对围绝经期女性干眼症患者的临床疗效及对泪液中白介素-33(IL-33)、白介素-6(IL-6)水平的影响。

方法：纳入围绝经期女性干眼症患者80例160眼，按入院顺序随机分为观察组和对照组，各40例80眼。对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用明目羊肝丸治疗。观察两组的疗效和治疗前后眼表疾病指数(OSDI)量表评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SⅠt)及泪液中IL-33、IL-6水平的变化。

结果：治疗后两组患者OSDI评分均明显低于治疗前，SⅠt、BUT均明显高于治疗前，且观察组各指标均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后两组患者泪液中IL-33、IL-6水平均明显低于治疗前，且观察组泪液IL-33、IL-6水平均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率(87.5%)明显高于对照组(65.0%)，差异均有统计学意义(χ²=5.591，P=0.018)。

结论：明目羊肝丸联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗围绝经期女性干眼症具有较好的疗效，可能与降低泪液炎症介质IL-33、IL-6水平有关。

METHODS: Eighty patients(160 eyes)with perimenopausal women with dry eye were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40). The control group was given sodium hyaluronate eye drops. The observation group was given Mingyu yanggan Pill on the basis of the control group. The curative effect of the two groups were observed. The changes of ocular surface disease index(OSDI)score, tear film break-up time(BUT), tear secretion test(SⅠt)and corneal fluorescein staining(FL)and IL-33 and IL-6 levels in tears before and after treatment were compared.

RESULTS: The total score of OSDI for the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01). SⅠt and BUT were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.01). The indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.01). After treatment, the levels of IL-33 and IL-6 in tears of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. The levels of IL-33 and IL-6 in tears of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.5%, which was higher than 65.0% in the control group, with significant difference(χ²=5.591, P=0.018).

CONCLUSION: Mingmu Yanggan Pills combined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops has a good curative effect on the treatment of dry eye in perimenopausal women, which may be related to the decrease of IL-33 and IL-6 levels in tears.
