基因治疗视网膜母细胞瘤(retinoblastoma,RB)是近年来新型的治疗方法。我们从自杀基因、抑癌基因、抗血管生成基因这三方面对RB的基因治疗现状、相关进展及存在问题作一综述。
·Gene therapy of retinoblastoma(RB)is a new type of treatment in recent years.In this paper,We make a review about gene therapy status,progress and problems of RB from three aspects of suicide genes,tumor suppressor genes,anti-angiogenic genes.·
