AIM:To study the effect of 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops for treating pseudomyopia in school-aged children. ·METHOD:The clinical data of 135 cases (270 eyes) treated by 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops were retrospec-tively analyzed. ·RESULT:After treating by 2.5g/L tropicamide eye drops,children’s distant vision improved and myopia degree decreased,no drug adverse reaction was observed. ·CONCLUSION:Tropicamide eye drops 2.5g/L is safe and effective for treating pseudomyopia in school-aged children.
