AIM:To evaluate the clinical effect of dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy combined with fixation with silver clamp and silicone tube implantation in treatment of chronical dacryocystitis.·METHODS:From October 2007 to October 2009,dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopy combined with fixation with silver clamp and silicone tube implantation was performed on 34 patients suffered from chronic dacryocystitis,the clinical effect was evaluated.·RESULTS:All patients were successfully operated with no complication,26 eyes were cured,6 eyes were improved and 2 eyes were invalid in 6 months.The total effective rate was as high as 94%. ·CONCLUSION:Dacryocystorhinostomy under nasal endoscopic with the advantages of definite effect,little pain,no scar,is worth of promotion.
