Abstract:Refractory glaucoma has complicated causes and lower successful rate in routine filter rating surgery.The major cause of failure is occlusion in filter rating canal by fibroblast proliferation and scar.This review summarizes the method,effect and complications of improved surgical treatments reported both at home and abroad.
