AIM:To discuss the security problems existing in the injection of eye to reduce operational risk of care.METHODS:Site of injection of the eye was exact.RESULTS:In the 569 eyes with eye injection,161 eyes had various conditions of adverse reactions.CONCLUSION:Improving nurses responsibility and safe operation of injection risk of the eye will ensure effective treatment for patients.
