Abstract:Ocular neovascularization always happens in common vision impairing diseases.Current animal experiments have proven that endostatin(ES) may be used as a new drug which can inhibit ocular neovascularization effectively.In this paper,the recent advances of ES in the treatment of ocular neovascularization were reviewed.
