    摘要:

    糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)是糖尿病的诸多并发症之一,是全球中老年人群的几大致盲原因之一,早发现、早治疗可有效降低致盲率。近些年来,人工智能(AI)在眼科的应用范围不断扩大,其在DR筛查与诊断领域的研究已经成为一个新的热点。本文旨在总结近些年来AI在DR筛查与诊断领域的研究进展,并提出问题以及对未来进行展望,为AI在该领域的进一步应用及推广提供更多信息。

    Abstract:

    Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is one of the many complications of diabetes and one of the major causes of blindness in middle-aged and elderly people in the world. Early detection and treatment can effectively reduce the blindness rate. In recent years, the application of artificial intelligence(AI)in ophthalmology has been expanding, and its research in DR screening and diagnosis has become a new hotspot. This paper aims to summarize the research progress of AI in the field of DR screening and diagnosis in recent years, raise questions, and set a course for the future. Additional information related to the further application and promotion of AI in this field is also provided.
