Sirt6(Sirtuin6)是一组 NAD+依赖性的组蛋白去乙酰化酶，具有独特的结构和重要的生物学功能，在机体的新陈代谢、DNA 修复、抗氧化应激、炎症、抗衰老等中发挥着重要的作用。在这篇综述中，我们主要目的是总结Sirt6在眼科疾病中的最新研究进展，探讨其存在的问题以及应用前景。

Sirt6(Sirtuin6) is a group of NAD+ dependent histone deacetylases, which has a unique structure and important biological functions and plays an important role in metabolism, DNA repair, anti-oxidative stress, inflammation, anti-aging of the body. In this review, we mainly aim to summarize the latest research progress of Sirt6 in ocular diseases, and discuss existing problems and application prospects.
