近年来由于生活方式的改变，儿童干眼的患病率逐渐上升，儿童干眼问题也逐渐成为临床工作及科学研究的新热点。然而目前临床常用的干眼检测方法存在儿童配合度低、检测准确度不足、具有侵入性等不足，同时对儿童干眼的诊断尚缺少规范性的指南，因此对儿童干眼的诊断急需更科学的诊断技术及更准确的诊断标准。

In recent years, the prevalence of dry eye in children has gradually increased due to changes in lifestyle, and the problem of dry eye in children has gradually become a new hot spot in clinical work and scientific research. However, the commonly used dry eye testing methods in clinical practice have shortcomings such as low cooperation of children, insufficient accuracy and invasiveness, and there is a lack of standardized guideline for the diagnosis of children's dry eye. Therefore, there is an urgent need for more scientific diagnostic techniques and accurate diagnostic criteria for children's diagnosis of dry eye.
