目的：探讨曲安奈德球旁注射对急性虹膜睫状体炎患者的疗效及炎症因子的影响。方法：选择2018年9月至2023年9月本院收治的急性虹膜睫状体炎患者90例，随机数字表法平均分为曲安奈德组和对照组，各45例。对照组给予常规治疗，曲安奈德组给予曲安奈德球旁注射治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、前房炎症细胞积分、角膜后沉着物（KP）积分、最佳矫正视力（BCVA）、不良反应发生率及复发率。结果：曲安奈德组的总有效率更高（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者肿瘤坏死因子（TNF）-α、白介素（IL）-6、γ-干扰素（IFN-γ）水平均降低，且曲安奈德组更低（P＜0.05）。治疗后，两组患者前房炎症细胞积分、KP积分均降低，且曲安奈德组更低；两组患者BCVA均升高，且曲安奈德组更高（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异不显著（P＞0.05）。曲安奈德组复发率更低（P＜0.05）。结论：曲安奈德球旁注射治疗急性虹膜睫状体炎患者疗效显著，可减轻患者的炎症状态，降低炎症的复发率。

Objective: To investigate the impacts of periocular injection of triamcinolone acetonide on healing effect and inflammatory factor in patients with acute iridocyclitis. Methods: Ninety patients with acute iridocyclitis, admitted to our hospital between September 2018 and September 2023, were grouped via random number table: a triamcinolone acetonide group and a reference group, each comprising 45 patients. The reference group underwent conventional treatment, whereas the triamcinolone acetonide group adopted triamcinolone acetonide through periocular injection. The therapeutic outcomes, including the healing effect, levels of inflammatory cytokines, anterior chamber inflammatory cell scores, keratic precipitates (KP) scores, best-corrected visual acuity (BCVA), untoward reactions, and relapse rates were compared. Results: The triamcinolone acetonide group had significantly higher overall efficacy rate than reference group (P<0.05). The levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-α, interleukin (IL)-6, and interferon-γ (IFN-γ) decreased in both groups after treatment, and the levels in the triamcinolone acetonide group were lower (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of anterior chamber inflammatory cells and KP in both groups decreased, and the scores in the triamcinolone acetonide group were lower than those in the reference group; the BCVA of both groups increased, and the triamcinolone acetonide group had a higher BCVA (P<0.05). There was no statistically obvious difference in untoward reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The relapse rate of the triamcinolone acetonide group was lower than that of the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion: Periocular injection of triamcinolone acetonide has obvious healing effects on patients with acute iridocyclitis, it can alleviate the inflammatory state of patients and reduce the relapse rate of inflammation.
