目的：评价选择性激光小梁成形术（SLT）治疗原发性开角型青光眼（POAG）的临床效果。 方法：回顾性研究。纳入2022-06/2023-12在我院就诊的药物治疗眼压控制不佳的POAG患者24例33眼，均行SLT治疗。比较治疗前后眼压变化、视野范围指数（视野平均缺损MD及缺损程度平均敏感度MS）变化、视盘周围神经纤维层（RNFL）厚度及其血流密度（VD）变化。 结果：治疗后1、3、6、12mo，患者眼压较治疗前均有明显下降（P＜0.0001），治疗后12mo内，MD值及MS值均未见明显差异（均P＞0.05）； 视盘周神经厚度及血流密度较治疗前无差异（均P＞0.05）。 结论： SLT短期内对POAG患者能够显著降低眼压，且对视野及视盘周神经无损害，但随时间延长SLT有效性下降。 关键词：选择性激光小梁成形术；原发性开角型青光眼；眼压；视野；光学相干断层扫描血管成像

AIM: To assess the effectiveness of selective laser trabeculoplasty (SLT) in the treatment of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG). METHODS: Thirty-three eyes of 24 patients with POAG who had poor control of intraocular pressure (IOP) from June 2022 to December 2023, were included in this retrospective study. The SLT was performed. IOP, mean deviation (MD) and mean sensitivity (MS) were compared after treatment. Meanwhile, the thickness and vascular density (VD) of optic disc retinal nerve fiber layer were observed. RESULTS: There were significant differences in IOP at 1,3,6,12mo after treatment (P<0.0001). Within the 12mo post-SLT, there were no statistically significant differences in MD and MS. The thickness and VD of optic disc RNFL were no differences after the treatment(P＞0.05). CONCLUSION: SLT can significantly reduce IOP in POAG patients in the short term, without damaging the visual field and optic disc nerves, while the effectiveness of SLT decreases over time.
