甲状腺相关眼病是成人最常见的慢性眼眶疾病,如不及时治疗可能会严重影响患者的生活质量。目前越来越多的患者通过眼眶减压手术来治疗甲状腺相关眼病,且制定个性化方案是该术式发展的趋势。但对于眼科医生来说眼眶减压的手术方式、减压范围的选择仍是比较棘手的问题。本文综述了用眼眶减压手术治疗甲状腺相关眼病近年来的主要研究成果,以期为未来制定患者最佳的减压方案提供新思路。

Thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy represents the most prevalent chronic orbital condition in adults, posing a substantial threat to patients' quality of life if left unattended. The escalating trend among patients opting for orbital decompression surgery as a therapeutic intervention for this condition underscores a shift towards tailored treatment regimens. Nonetheless, ophthalmologists encounter persistent hurdles in navigating the selection of optimal surgical techniques and quantifying the necessary extent of decompression. This study synthesizes recent research findings on orbital decompression surgery for thyroid-associated ophthalmopathy, aiming to offer novel perspectives on refining decompression strategies for future patient care.
