目的：探究养阴益气汤联合聚乙二醇滴眼液治疗白内障术后干眼（DED）的临床效果及对泪液中炎症因子水平的影响。方法：选取本院于2022年4月-2024年3月收治的98例白内障术后DED患者作为研究对象，随机分为对照组49例（聚乙二醇滴眼液）、联合组49例（养阴益气汤+聚乙二醇滴眼液）。比较两组的临床疗效、干眼症状评分、泪膜稳定性指标、泪液炎症因子水平及眼表状态（OSDI）评分。结果：联合组总有效率大于对照组（P<0.05）；治疗后，联合组的干眼症状评分、角膜荧光素染色评分（FL）、IL-β、TNF-α、hs-CRP水平及OSDI评分均小于对照组，泪液分泌长度（Sit）、泪膜破裂时间（BUT）均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：养阴益气汤与聚乙二醇滴眼液相结合，为白内障术后DED患者提供了一种有效的治疗方案，有效缓解干眼症状，减少眼部不适，提高泪膜稳定性及眼表状态，并降低泪液中炎症因子水平。

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of Yangyin Yiqi Tang combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops on dry eye disease (DED) after cataract surgery and its impacts on inflammatory factors in tears. Methods: From April 2022 to March 2024, 98 postoperative diabetic retinopathy patients who visited our hospital were regarded as subjects. They were stochastically divided into a control group of 49 cases (polyethylene glycol eye drops) and a combined group of 49 cases (Yangyin Yiqi Tang+polyethylene glycol eye drops). The efficacy, dry eye symptom score, tear film stability index, tear fluid inflammatory factor level, and ocular surface disease index (OSDI) score of the two groups were compared. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the dry eye symptom score, corneal fluorescein staining score (FL), interleukin-β (IL-β), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs CRP), and OSDI score in the combined group were all lower than those in the control group, the Schirmer I test (Sit) and break-up time (BUT) were also higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The clinical effect of Yangyin Yiqi Tang combined with polyethylene glycol eye drops on DED after cataract surgery is obvious. It can effectively alleviate dry eye symptoms, improve tear film stability and ocular surface condition, and reduce inflammatory factors in tears.
